It's Monday night, time for Family Home Evening. I'm beat, there's a nasty storm wailing outside, and the kids apparently had jumping beans for dinner.
We're going to teach them- again- about obedience to Mom &Dad and to God and the Ten Commandments. Then they're hoping they can have some ice cream.
OK, gotta go- they're waiting for me in the living room!

Purpose
ST. JOHN 17:3 "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (The Holy Bible, King James Version)
What a beautiful passage! I'm grateful to state unequivocally that I do know that Jesus Christ truly is the Savior and Redeemer of the world! I'm so grateful for the purpose and meaning this gives to my life.
My purpose for this blog is to openly share my personal faith and belief in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior and Redeemer. He is the Cornerstone of my faith as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (also known as the "Mormons").
So if there's someone out there who is seeking the truth about the Mormons, the truth about religion, the truth about modern Christianity, and most of all the divinity and supernal truth of Jesus Christ; I'm offering up my own small help right here.
Anyone is invited to offer up a sincere comment or question, and now I quote 1st JOHN 5:13: "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."
That's my overarching purpose: that you will believe on the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
