This is such a wonderful time of the year, when we remember the birth of the Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas to each one of you!!

Dessert Plate Repentance

Maybe you've heard the term "death bed repentance"? (As in: "oh no, I'm about to die- I better get my act together")
Well, I just witnessed "dessert plate repentance". Little C was fighting with her sister, so I told them to go upstairs and brush their teeth for bed. She immediately jumped up and exclaimed "but, Dad, I'll be good, I'll be good now- I want dessert!"
So I figured that was dessert plate repentance. As in "oh no, I'm about to miss dessert- I better get my act together".

Christmas Choir

Sunday night I sang in the choir for a Christmas concert at the church. Wonderful experience! I'm so grateful to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and I'm so glad for this season of celebrating His birth!
